Tanari & txFusion
Front-end team leadFrontend architecture and team leadership for ZKsync products and a financial platform, from MVP to real usage.
The problem
txFusion needed a set of products for the ZKsync network, each built from scratch: a portal for managing assets across the network, a bridge for moving funds between Ethereum and ZKsync, and Tsuko, a tool for creating a paymaster in a few clicks.
What I owned
I set up the frontend architecture for these projects and led the team of four building them: reviewing code, defining feature requirements and developing features myself. I also built txsync-sdk and txsync-viem, two SDKs that let developers add ZKsync paymaster support with either ethers or viem.
Outcome
As a team we grew the products from MVP to over 1,500 monthly active users and more than 9,600 monthly visits. The SDKs passed 250 downloads combined.
Tanari
Tanari started as an internal txFusion project and grew beyond its scope, so it was spun off as its own company. There I set up the architecture, developed features and planned releases for iOS and Android.
